Nora Brown: Tiny Desk (Home) Concert

During the COVID-19 lockdown, the Tiny Desk team worked from home and featured artists who performed from their homes keeping with the same Tiny Desk vibe. In this concert, 15-year-old Nora Brown performed Appalachian music 30 feet below the sidewalk in Brooklyn. And for her tiny desk, Nora used the same small desk she had been using for the past year of remote high school. Nora performed “The Very Day I’m Gone,” “Miner’s Dream,” and “Little Satchel.”
